The project covers an area of 60 hectares and offers 600-620 villas, each designed in modern and sophisticated styles. The villas are available in five different sizes, ranging from 280m2 to 1000m2. The project is replete with a host of services and amenities, which cater to the needs of families.

Characteristics of the Villas

Zakho Hills offers villas in different sizes and directions, each designed to offer an open and magnificent view of nature. The villas are available in five different types, with wide internal (15m) and external (25m) streets. Each villa has its own central heating system (VRV) of the highest quality available in the markets. The electrical system comprises the finest global brands with a special fire control system and internal electrical accessories.

Each villa will be equipped with a surveillance system (CCTV) and a fire system to ensure safety and security.
